In 2011, the Social Media Marketing (SMM) should be part of the strategic levers of corporate marketing.

It 'important to establish clear objectives to be achieved in a given period of time, and never underestimate the online profile that represents our identity and what a build our personality is key to business development.

There are too many companies that I enter this "world" without a concrete plan of action just because an investment involves
